Lymphatic Drainage sessions are usually 30 to 60min. We recommend a minimum of 5-10 sessions.

When should I start?
The timing of post-op lymphatic massage depends on your procedure, surgeon, and individual recovery. We recommend to start 1 day after your procedure but we suggest following your surgeon's specific instructions and receiving clearance when required before beginning treatment.
Why are Post-op Massages Important?
After cosmetic surgery, BBL, Lipo, tummy tuck, and other cosmetic surgeries, the Lymphatic fluids start to accumulate, causing swelling, inflammation, bruising, and pain.
A Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage massage gently pushes the excess fluids through lymph passages, helping your body remove most of these build-up fluids and promoting your quicker recovery.
If not cared for, over time these fluids harden, becoming fibrosis, which is a permanent hardening of the area. This may look like hard knots, lumps, or uneven and wavy areas that dip inward.
